Conflicts & Intake Specialist

The Conflicts & Intake Specialist is a member of the team responsible for the review of all incoming new business to assess potential conflicts of interest according to firm policy, insurance guidelines, and rules of ethics and professional conduct.  Daily duties include conducting basic and complex conflict searches, generating reports and collaborating with appropriate resources to review the results in a timely manner and with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirement include a Bachelor’s Degree, 2+ years of equivalent data analytics, data reporting or database analyst type responsibilities; a strong awareness and understanding of confidentiality and ethics; critical thinking skills; excellent research, analytical and reasoning skills; the ability to adapt to changes in procedures or direction given by management; the ability to work under pressure with short lead times and strict deadlines; the ability to multi-task, be detail oriented and accurate; the ability to learn new computer systems quickly and efficiently; excellent oral and written communication skills; and proficiency in all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel and Outlook.  Previous law firm experience is not required.
