Experienced Administrative Assistant

We desire a team oriented, organized, dedicated professional with exceptional multitasking, communication, and proofreading skills, along with the ability to prioritize a varied workload.  Successful candidates will enjoy accomplishing team objectives and must be able to handle a high volume of work with accuracy and be able to work proactively and independently.  Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. 

Prior experience in the areas of Financial Planning, Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Finance is preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and electronic file management systems is required.
