Our clients include large multi-hospital integrated systems, community hospitals, religiously sponsored hospitals, rural and “critical access” hospitals, and specialty hospitals.
The diverse expertise of our health care section provides complete and comprehensive legal services to the hospital and health system industry. We not only provide general health law but rather we have implemented an “open border” concept within our firm. That means many other practice areas within our firm use their knowledge and expertise for the health industry. Those areas include real estate, bond financing, employee benefits, labor and employment, immigration, litigation and managed care.
When medical staff issues arise, our attorneys provide such services as developing policies and procedures, reviewing medical staff bylaws and documents, assisting in credentialing and corrective action and medical staff development plans.
