Sarah Erdmann is a member of the Business Practice Group and the Health Law Section. Her practice focuses on a wide range of regulatory compliance, transactional, and general corporate matters within the health care field, including: insurance and third party administrator law compliance; fraud and abuse; internal investigations; health information privacy and security; and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining von Briesen, Sarah interned in the legal department of a global manufacturer where she analyzed and advised on licensing, sales contracts, insurance coverage, regulatory compliance, and government citation contests.
During law school, Sarah was a member of the Moot Court Executive Board and also competed in the Ruby R. Vale Interschool Corporate Moot Court Competition at Widener University, Delaware Law School. Since graduating, she has served as a practitioner coach for Marquette University Law School’s Ruby R. Vale Corporate Moot Court team.
She is an active member of the community and enjoys volunteering for Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin.
She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, American Health Lawyers Association, Association for Women Lawyers, and the Milwaukee Bar Association.
