Peter White focuses his practice on business law and tax law. He has experience representing business clients in a wide range of legal matters including business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and tax. Additionally, Peter has represented both business and individuals in collection matters with the IRS and the Wisconsin Department of Revenue. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and was a tax consultant at Deloitte Tax, LLP.
Peter is a member of the Board of Directors of Milwaukee Young Lawyers Association (MYLA). He is also a member of Midwest Business Brokers & Intermediaries (MBBI). He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Milwaukee Bar Association.
During law school, Peter was a note and comment editor for the Wisconsin International Law Journal. Peter’s comment was published in the Wisconsin International Law Journal: “It’s Greek to Me: The Case for Creating an International Agency to Enforce International Accounting Standards to Promote Harmonization and International Business Transactions”, 27 Wis. Int. L.J. 195. In addition Peter was awarded the Bruce F. Beilfuss Memorial Award for outstanding service to the Law School.
