Andrew Frost primarily focuses his practice on employment counseling, employment litigation, private-sector labor relations and employee benefits. He routinely counsels employers on employment issues such as reductions in force, employee handbooks, personnel policies, internal investigations, separation agreements and employee leaves of absence. He also has experience involving the enforcement of restrictive covenants and claims of misappropriation of trade secrets.
His employment litigation experience includes handling claims of discrimination, sexual harassment and retaliation, and matters arising under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Wisconsin Fair Employment Act. Additionally, Andrew has experience representing employers in single-plaintiff, class and collective action wage and hour litigation.
Andrew also works with clients in mergers and acquisitions situations particularly in regards to employment, compensation, benefits and restrictive covenant matters that arise before, during and after such transactions.
Andrew is a member of the State Bars of Wisconsin (Member, Labor and Employment Law Section) and Illinois and the Milwaukee Bar Association.
