Technology. Laptops are available to all attorneys and paralegals. Our technology facilitates working from court, home or client locations. We train new employees at all levels to equip them with technology and tools they need to be successful.

Support Staff. Our goal is to offer all members of our support staff team a challenging and positive work environment. Our legal assistants work in teams fostering a collaborative approach to client service. All new staff members participate in training that will expose you to the technology and inner-workings of our firm while equipping you with the knowledge you need to be successful. The divisions between staff and attorneys are less rigid here than in more traditional firms. Our doors are open and communication is too.

Attorneys. The entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well at von Briesen. Our attorneys create personal career plans and receive the resources and support necessary for client development. Associates are given responsibility and opportunity for client contact early on in their careers. We work in teams in order to best serve our clients and we support attorneys with expertise in certain niche areas of the law.
