This position primarily provides administrative assistance to Legal Assistants, Paralegal and Attorneys. Administrative assistance may include; formatting and proofreading legal documents, calendaring, file maintenance, and a variety of other administrative duties. This position also provides back up and coverage at Reception as needed. Primary Receptionist duties include; managing a multi-line telephone system, calendar scheduling, conference room coordination, client and guest interaction, and any other general overflow tasks. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We seek a highly motivated team player with a professional approach to work to join our firm. Qualified candidates will possess exceptional phone manner, a keen eye for detail, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and strong computer skills. The successful candidate is proactive, reliable, punctual, and experienced with multi-line phone systems, MS Word and Outlook. Prior experience in a law firm is a plus.
