Legal Administrative Assistant

Primary responsibilities include; providing legal administrative support to timekeepers, preparing legal documents, formatting, proofreading, electronic file maintenance, client intake process, maintaining attorneys’ calendars, along with a variety of administrative duties. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
We seek a team oriented, dedicated professional with superior client service skills, exceptional multitasking, attention to detail and organizational skills. Demonstrated technical aptitude and proficiency utilizing MS Office Suite is required. Three to five years’ prior experience in probate and trust administration and real estate transactions is preferred.
