As the complexities of employee “disability” continue to develop, employers are left asking: How do these pieces fit together? In this program our attorneys will update you on the foundational elements for legal compliance, the latest changes in the law and best practices which are emerging in disability law compliance. Due to the entanglement of the disability laws and Workers Compensation compliance, there will be a practical discussion of how to integrate “accommodation” obligations with return to work limitations. The presenters will also address how to effectively manage employee conduct under a light duty program.
