von Briesen Welcomes Four Attorneys

von Briesen & Roper, s.c., today announced that four attorneys recently joined the firm: Levie M. Basok, Hannah L. Chin, Nicholas M. Lubenow and Denisha A. Renovales.

Levie M. Basok is an Associate in the Chicago office. Basok is a member of the Intellectual Property Section and focuses his practice on patent application preparation, examiner interviews, amendments, appeals and opinions on counsel. He has experience in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, mechanical and electrical industries. He is a member of the Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago (IPLAC). Basok received a J.D. from Indiana University and a B.S. from Purdue University.

Hannah L. Chin is an Associate in the Milwaukee office. Chin is a member of the Government Law Group and the School Law Section. She focuses her practice on county and municipal governance and school law. Chin is a member of the Wisconsin School Attorneys Association and ElevAsian. In addition to holding a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Chin received a J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago.

Nicholas M. Lubenow is an Associate in the Green Bay office. Lubenow is a member of the Business Practice Group and focuses his practice on business and transactional matters including contracting, corporate governance, business structuring and succession planning. Prior to joining von Briesen, Lubenow served as a term law clerk to the Honorable William C. Griesbach of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Lubenow received a J.D. and B.S., cum laude, from Marquette University.

Denisha A. Renovales is an Associate in the Milwaukee office. Renovales is a member of the Business Practice Group and focuses her practice on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and transaction matters for businesses, health care and nonprofit organizations. She is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, Hispanic National Bar Association and Hispanic Professionals of Greater Milwaukee. She serves as Vice Chair of Future Leaders in Action (FLIA) Alumni Advisory Committee. Renovales received a J.D., with distinction, from the University of Iowa and a B.A., with honors, from Grinnell College.
