Mary F. Fetsco

With significant experience in various facets of intellectual property law, including both trademark and patent litigation, Mary brings a unique perspective to her prosecution practice, which focuses primarily on patent prosecution and opinions on patent infringement, validity and patentability.

Outside of her legal practice, she serves on the Board of Managers and chairs the Website Committee of the Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago (IPLAC), the Nation’s oldest Intellectual Property Bar Association. In her role, her focus is ensuring each member's digital experience is as seamless as possible through design optimization and intuitive user interaction.
