Nick Lubenow is an attorney in the firm’s Green Bay office and maintains a diverse practice. On the transactional side, Nick focuses his practice on business matters including contracting, corporate governance, business structuring, and succession planning. He particularly enjoys working with manufacturers and transportation companies, where he can utilize his background in operations and supply chain management.

With respect to litigation, Nick has significant experience litigating in state and federal courts, both at the trial and appellate level. His litigation practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation, but also includes real estate, insurance coverage, and federal Indian law matters. Nick has authored numerous briefs to Wisconsin’s circuit courts, the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, and Wisconsin’s federal courts.

Prior to joining von Briesen, Nick served as a term law clerk to the Hon. William C. Griesbach of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
