Robert J. Loots has wide experience in all phases of corporate law, including acquisitions and mergers, securities law and corporate tax issues. Since 1980 he has been a fellow of the College of Trust and Estate Counsel and has lectured frequently on ownership succession and estate planning.
Over the years he has been an active participant in the Bar and in a wide variety of civic and professional organizations, including the United Fund and United Performing Arts Fund. He is past president of the Wisconsin United Methodist Foundation, the Milwaukee Estate Planning Council and the North Shore Kiwanis. Bob is a member of the Milwaukee and American Bar Associations and the State Bar of Wisconsin.
