Samantha Emro is a member of the Business Practice Group and the Real Estate Group and is based in the firm’s Neenah office. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, real estate and corporate matters including business formation.
As a non-traditional graduate, Sam has several years of experience working in business. Prior to joining von Briesen, Sam was an associate commercial appraiser for a valuation and consulting firm in Wausau. During this time, Sam worked with property owners and lenders to provide objective valuations of commercial real estate for financing transactions, settlements, and private market participants. Sam is familiar with what makes commercial real estate or a business transaction valuable and provides practical insight into the combined legal and valuation processes. To further benefit her clients and the firm, Sam is actively pursuing her general commercial appraiser license with the State of Wisconsin. She also has experience with Trust and Estate Administrations.
During her free time Sam enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with her family and two Labrador Retrievers. She is also a member of the Palomino Horse Breeders Association and has competed on a worldwide scale.
