Craig Salzer is a Shareholder in the firm’s Litigation and Risk Management Practice Group. He assists both corporate clients and individuals in a variety of ligation and risk management matters. His practice focuses on civil litigation including: product liability, toxic tort, personal injury defense, fiduciary and inheritance litigation matters, and general litigation matters.
Craig manages and defends nationwide asbestos cases for an international client. He also works with a national transportation company in handling common carrier claims, and assists in coordinating crisis management and accident investigation situations.
Craig helps clients with inheritance and fiduciary litigation in matters involving breach of fiduciary duty, undue influence, and claims involving wills and trusts. He also has significant experience helping individuals and families in establishing adult guardianships and has successfully represented a number of clients in contested guardianships.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin, Milwaukee Bar Association, Wisconsin Defense Counsel and Wisconsin Housing Alliance.
Craig is an avid sports fan and sits on the Board of Directors for multiple community-based, youth nonprofit organizations. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
