Matt Kees is a member of the Litigation and Risk Management Practice Group in the Green Bay office. His practice focuses on commercial and business litigation related to contractual matters, securities disputes, real estate, and construction. He also assists with litigation arising in various areas of labor and employment law. Matt has experience in all phases of the litigation process, including taking and defending both lay and expert witness depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and successfully trying cases to a jury when necessary.
Following his graduation from law school, Matt served as a judicial clerk to two judges in Allen Superior Court in Fort Wayne, Indiana. During law school, he was recognized for the highest grade in a securities regulation seminar, received semester honors multiple times, and served as an Associate Editor of the Valparaiso University Law Review, among other accomplishments.
He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
