Jim Pellegrini is a Shareholder in the Business Practice Group. Jim focuses his practice on general corporate counseling and complex transactional matters for middle-market companies. He has considerable experience with mergers and acquisitions, domestic and international supply and distribution, joint ventures and capital markets. In addition to his corporate counseling experience, Jim regularly advises clients in transactions involving manufacturing and licensing agreements, service arrangements, consistent application of terms and conditions, and corporate entity and limited liability company formation and organization. He often manages the purchase and sale of businesses and works with Employee Stock Ownership Plans.
Jim works with clients across a wide array of industries including manufacturing, publishing, information technology, retail manufacturing and distribution, food and beverage, industrial equipment, and transportation. His approach to law starts with communication and clients appreciate his desire to truly understand their particular needs and goals in order to provide custom solutions to complex legal matters. His holistic understanding of their needs allows him to work proactively and collaboratively with management and boards of directors to seek solutions and solve problems before they arise with particular emphasis on avoiding or minimizing risks of litigation.
He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
