Maureen Willkom is a member of the Real Estate Group. She focuses her practice on transactional and litigation matters related to community association law. She assists associations with the collection of assessments and lien foreclosure and advises clients on matters such as interpretation and amendment of condominium documents, homeowner disputes, FHA and VA certification, and enforcement of rules and covenants. Maureen has experience representing associations and individual unit owners at all stages of civil litigation, including at the appellate level.
During law school, Maureen was awarded induction into the Alpha Sigma Nu honor society, and she served as the Senior Comment Editor of the Marquette Law Review and published her comment in the journal.
She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin. Maureen is also a member of the Community Association Institute of Wisconsin and Women in Commercial Real Estate Wisconsin (WCREW).
