Charles Fiergola is a member of Real Estate Group, the Community Association Law Section, and the Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights Section. He focuses his practice on transactional and litigation matters related to community associations. He advises associations in condominium document interpretation, amendment, and enforcement and assists clients with the collection of assessments through bankruptcy matters and lien foreclosures. In addition, Charles assists association clients with owner disputes, leases, title defects, and maintenance issues.
Charles also has extensive experience representing creditors in mortgage and lien foreclosures, bankruptcies, and repossessions. He has also advised clients on matters involving the FDCPA, FCRA, and the Wisconsin Consumer Act.
Charles has appeared as a legal panelist for the Wisconsin Chapter of the Community Associations Institute.
During law school, Charles was the Comment Editor of the Marquette Benefits and Social Welfare Law Review.
He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Milwaukee Bar Association.
