Rachel Malehorn is a Paralegal in the Commercial, Employment and Government Law Group. She assists with civil litigation matters from the initial client intake through trial by organizing large amounts of communication and documents in complex commercial litigation, including receivership disputes, shareholder disputes and fraudulent transfer claims. In addition, she has experience completing UCC searches in relation to security agreements and assists with the formation of partnership agreements.
Rachel serves as co-founder and the current President of the Milwaukee Dancers’ Fund, a non-profit organization created to assist ballet dancers as they transition to other careers upon retirement. She donates her photographic and graphic design services to a variety of local arts organizations.
