Larry Silton focuses his practice on providing sound tax and business advice to clients. He is a certified public accountant and is frequently called upon to lecture at legal and business organizations on topics including succession planning for family business, tax and estate planning issues. He has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Graduate Business School and has been a lecturer at Fox Valley Technical College.
Larry has authored two books: Taking Cash Out of the Closely-Held Corporation and How to Buy or Sell the Closely-Held Corporation and also frequently writes articles on trusts and estates and pension and welfare issues.
