Arbitral involvement of Police and Fire Department employee discipline involves issues of statewide importance that deserve the specific attention of not only leaders of Police and Fire Departments but municipal leaders around the State. This Program is designed and intended to further those interests and is exclusively for the following municipal executives:

• Police Chiefs
• Fire Chiefs
• Human Resources Directors, Personnel Directors, and Labor Relations Directors
