Janet Starck has over thirty years of experience as a Paralegal focusing on labor and employment issues. Her experience includes researching case law, reviewing employee handbooks and collective bargaining agreements, drafting bargaining proposals, calculating total compensation costs, compiling wage and benefit comparisons, developing exhibits and witness questions for interest arbitrations and grievance arbitrations, and assisting with pre- and post-hearing briefs. She has prepared exhibits and post-hearing briefs for 59 public sector interest arbitration cases.
