Vince Falcone is a member of the Business and Corporate Law and Real Estate Sections. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, which includes all phases of drafting, negotiation, due diligence and financing. Vince works with clients wherever they are in their business journey, from the formation of their business to succession planning. His real estate work focuses on acquisitions and sales for commercial, residential and agricultural clients.
Vince has significant experience representing both franchisors and franchisees. In representing franchisors, he helps franchise start-ups and owners with drafting franchise disclosure documents, master franchise agreements, maintaining compliance with state franchise registrations and operational laws, and negotiates terms with franchisees. On the franchisee side, he negotiates master franchise agreements and guides clients through the complexities of the franchise business to support the client’s business decisions.
