Business Associate (Milwaukee)
von Briesen & Roper, s.c., is seeking an experienced Associate to join our Business and Corporate team in our Milwaukee office. The Associate will assist with transactional work including mergers, acquisitions, contracts, and general business matters.
The primary responsibilities for this role include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, shareholder agreements, and other business documents.
- Assisting with mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate financing deals.
- Supporting clients in structuring business strategies.

Qualified candidates will have at least four years of experience with general corporate law and M&A matters. A business, accounting and/or tax background will be positively viewed.
The ideal candidate will be highly-motivated, with strong writing, oral communication and analytical skills, and a passion for client service. They must be willing to collaborate with a team and work with internal and external clients, attorneys, and staff.
No portable book of business is required.
