Labor & Employment Associate (Milwaukee)
von Briesen & Roper, s.c., is seeking an Associate to join our Labor and Employment Law Team in our Milwaukee office.
The primary responsibilities for this role include:
- Advise employers on a wide range of employment law issues.
- Draft and review agreements, employee handbooks, workplace policies, and other employment-related documents.
- Handle employment litigation in state and federal court and administrative agencies.

Qualified candidates will have one to four years of experience in private sector labor and employment law. Experience with employment litigation is strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate will be highly-motivated, with strong writing, oral communication and analytical skills, and a passion for client service. They must be willing to collaborate with a team and work with internal and external clients, attorneys, and staff.
