von Briesen & Roper, s.c., today announced that Tristan A. Dollinger has joined the firm's Milwaukee office as a Shareholder. Dollinger will practice in both the Health Law and Business and Corporate Law Sections. He has significant experience representing long-term care, assisted living, physical and occupational therapy, dental, chiropractic and surgical practices in mergers and acquisitions, transactions, regulatory compliance and corporate governance for clients.

Dollinger is recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America in Corporate Governance and Compliance Law (2022-2025), Corporate Law (2022-2025) and Health Care Law (2022-2025). He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Milwaukee Bar Association, American Bar Association (Health and Business Sections) and the American Health Lawyers Association. He received a J.D., summa cum laude, from Marquette University and a B.A. from Augustana College.
