Alexandra (Ali) Don is a Shareholder in the Real Estate Section. Ali assists her clients in a wide variety of commercial and residential real estate issues. She helps clients in all facets of the real estate industry, including purchasing, selling, leasing, and development. Additionally, she guides her clients on the business side of matters, evaluating the selection and structure of entities, drafting the relevant governing documents, and advising them on the best course of action as their businesses grow.
Ali has been actively engaged in the Milwaukee Real Estate Community since graduating from Marquette Law. She believes it is important to be an active member of the Milwaukee community and help ensure that it remains the supportive, welcoming, and flourishing community she has experienced since beginning her professional career. Ali is a member of and has served on several committees for NAIOP-WI, WCREW and CARW. She completed the Associates in Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) program, which is administered through LISC Milwaukee and taught by UW-Milwaukee, Milwaukee School of Engineering, and Marquette University.
Ali focuses her practice on transactional real estate services, real estate lending and finance, real estate development services, and business law. She takes pride in guiding her clients through transactions of all sizes and asset classes, working hand in hand with industry partners, and ensuring that her clients are fully informed.
Ali was born and raised in Pasadena, California, before moving to Milwaukee to attend Marquette Law. When she is not assisting her clients, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her loved ones, especially her fiancé Steven, snuggling her Bernedoodle named Moose on the couch, attending country concerts and any Wisconsin sporting events.
