Ann Patteson is Counsel in the firm’s Green Bay office. She represents individuals, businesses and school districts with a wide range of real estate, corporate, contractual, general litigation, creditors’ rights and collection issues.
Ann’s ownership in commercial real estate investments has enhanced her understanding of the perspective of her business clients with respect to their operations. Additionally, Ann’s extensive service as one of the original board members of the Green Bay/Brown County Professional Football Stadium District, and as its past Chair, gave her invaluable experience managing press relations in high-profile matters. That background informs the sensitivity and discretion she brings to clients navigating their own high-profile situations.
She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin (Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Creditors’ Rights Section) and is a past board member of the Wisconsin School Attorneys Association. Her community service includes being a member of the Green Bay Kiwanis Club and as a Board Member of The Production Farm, a non-profit reimagining mental health through play, connection and growth.
