Anne Flinchum is a member of the Business Practice Group. With over ten years of broad commercial experience, and several years litigating commercial matters, Anne focuses her practice on helping businesses and nonprofits across a range of industries. She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating commercial and business contracts, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, and operating agreements and advising clients on commercial finance, loan documentation and creditors’ rights matters.
Anne is President-Elect of the Board of Directors for Breakthrough T1D Northeastern Wisconsin Chapter, a nonprofit dedicated to offering resources, support and events for those with type 1 diabetes. She was a member of the 2026 class of Leadership Green Bay. Each class forms small groups to execute projects in the community. Anne’s group is working on a reflection trail at Osprey Point, which focuses on mental health, affirmations and grounding in nature.
A Green Bay native, and lifelong Packers fan, Anne loves live music, mystery/suspense novels, Game Day Sundays and enjoying good food and wine over many laughs.
