In his role as Senior Counsel, David advises the Firm and its clients on various strategic initiatives. David draws upon over four decades of legal and practical knowledge in both litigation and transactional contexts when shaping strategies and identifying solutions that align incentives consistent with a client’s risk tolerance. Over the course of his career David has been a regular presenter on health law, nonprofit governance, regulatory compliance and other topics to state bar associations, trade associations and other groups. He also has been a frequent panelist for the State Bar of Wisconsin Senior Lawyers Division CLE programs offering guidance on lawyer practice transitions.
