Erik Gustafson is a Shareholder in the Litigation and Risk Management Practice Group. He focuses his practice on first-party property coverage, insurance coverage and analysis, and bad faith counseling and claims. He has significant appellate experience on behalf of insurance companies.
Prior to private practice, Erik was a Law Clerk for the Hon. Michael Gableman of the Wisconsin Supreme Court and for the Hon. Patrick Haughney of the Waukesha County Circuit Court. He also served as a Judicial Intern for the Hon. Joseph Peter Stadtmueller of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
