Thor Jeppson is a Land Use and Development Advisor working with the firm’s Real Estate and Government Groups. Thor is an experienced community development professional helping both the public and private sector with short and long-range community planning projects. He has extensive experience with all facets of zoning, policy development, site plan review and project development, sustainability, and long-range transportation planning.
His prior work experience includes the Wisconsin Department of Transportation where he served as an Urban and Regional Planner/Traffic Forecaster and most recently at the City of Monona where he served as Assistant Planner.
