Integration & Training
von Briesen’s onboarding program strives to integrate our new employees at an appropriate pace. Our two-day orientation schedule provides opportunities to learn about the inner-workings of our firm, spend time with new colleagues, and receive training on the technology and tools to have a successful career at von Briesen. After orientation, employees gain real-time, on-the-job training by their team members.
