We will focus on what your organization should know and what you can do if there is a “Bad” Board Member and when sitting idly by is no longer an option.

Join our panelists as they discuss the range of options and tools available to local governmental bodies when addressing an unproductive or harmful board member, including exercising powers to investigate, censure or remove public officials, as well as addressing code of ethics issues, conflicts of interest, harassment, and other highly inappropriate behavior.
