Three Attorneys Join von Briesen

von Briesen & Roper, s.c., today announced that Erin N. Novak, Erica A. Storm and Michael J. Wirth have joined the firm.

Erin N. Novak is an Associate in the Litigation & Risk Management Practice Group. Novak focuses her practice on litigation and toxic tort issues. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Bar Association, National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL) and the Association for Women Lawyers (AWL). Novak received a J.D. from Marquette University Law School and a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin.

Erica A. Storm is a Shareholder in the Labor & Employment Section focusing on employment law and employee benefits law and compliance. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Bar Association, National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL) and the Association for Women Lawyers (AWL). Storm received a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin and a B.A., cum laude, from St. Norbert College.

Michael J. Wirth is a Shareholder in the Litigation and Risk Management Practice. Wirth focuses his practice on professional liability, insurance coverage litigation and appellate representation. Wirth was named by Best Lawyers® in Insurance Law as “Lawyer of the Year” in Milwaukee (2020). He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® in Insurance Law (2018-2024) and Product Liability Litigation – Defendants (2019-2024). He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Bar Association, the Wisconsin Defense Counsel (WDC) and the Defense Research Institute (DRI). Wirth received a J.D. from Marquette University Law School, an M.A. from Northern Illinois University and a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
