Melanie Persich is a Shareholder in the Litigation and Risk Management Practice Group. She focuses her practice on toxic torts, insurance coverage, contract disputes, and general liability defense. She has a broad and strategic litigation background in both private practice and public service. Notably, she served in the Special Litigation Unit of the New York City Law Department where she managed high-stakes cases on behalf of the City and its agencies. She is admitted to practice in Wisconsin, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut, and leverages her multi-jurisdictional experience to effectively manage complex disputes for regional and national clients.
Melanie is deeply committed to pro bono service. She serves on the firm’s Pro Bono Committee and provides legal services to various local organizations. She is also an active member of Centro Legal’s LeGala Planning Committee, which supports access to justice and legal resources for Milwaukee’s underserved communities.
Melanie is a member of the State Bars of Wisconsin, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut.
