Nick Cerwin is a Shareholder in the Government Law Group and Real Estate Section. Nick represents municipalities and counties regarding governance issues, municipal licensing, public policy, nuisance litigation and enforcement matters and a wide range of law enforcement matters including Police and Fire Commission hearings. Nick has significant litigation experience having previously served as the Deputy City Attorney for City of West Allis and as an Assistant District Attorney for the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office.
In his spare time, Nick enjoys the outdoors with his family, golf and board games and serves as a multi-faceted chauffeur and mediocre coach for various children and canine “athletic” activities.
