Peter Mullaney is a member of the Litigation and Risk Management Practice Group. He focuses his practice on personal injury litigation, business disputes, and insurance coverage contests. For the past 35 years, Peter has been representing large corporations, small businesses, insurance companies, and individuals in a broad range of cases arising from auto accidents, gas explosions, employment harassment, slips and falls, wrongful death, dog bites, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, construction defects, fraud, embezzlement, fires, asbestos exposure, breaches of contracts, and other controversies.

Before entering private practice in 1989, Peter served as law clerk for the Hon. John L. Coffey in the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the Hon. J. P. Stadtmueller in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, and the Hon. R. James Groh in the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.
