Ryan Duffy is a member of the Real Estate Section. He focuses his practice on community association law, real estate litigation, civil litigation, and landlord-tenant law. Prior to joining von Briesen, Ryan gained significant experience in litigation by focusing on creditors’ rights, consumer litigation and subrogation claims.
Ryan is an active member of the Community Association Institute’s (CAI) Wisconsin chapter, including serving on the Trade Show Committee, being a published author in the chapter’s quarterly magazine, and frequently speaking on the chapter’s legal panels. He is also a supplemental author for the Wisconsin Condominium Law Handbook.
Ryan is a member of von Briesen’s Pro Bono Committee. The committee focuses on providing low-income individuals access to high-quality legal services.
