Abosede Odunsi is a Shareholder in the Trusts and Estates Section at von Briesen. Abosede focuses her practice on estate planning, tax planning, probate administration and guardianship matters. The bulk of her practice involves estate planning for high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners. She designs and drafts revocable and irrevocable trusts, including grantor retained annuity trusts, health and education trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, spousal limited access trusts, dynasty trusts, qualified domestic asset trusts, sales to defective grantor trusts and charitable trusts.
Abosede is a member of the American and Chicago Bar Associations, Chicago Estate Planning Council, Black Women Lawyers’ Association and the Professional Advisory Committee of the Chicago Foundation for Women. Outside of the office, Abosede enjoys ballroom dancing.
