Amanda Favret is a Paralegal in the Business Practice Group. She focuses on probate and trust administration, and assists with estate planning, business formation, business succession planning and non-profit matters.
Amanda provides support through all phases of estate planning – from meeting with clients to determine goals and strategies, to initial drafting of trusts, wills, powers of attorney and deeds, to reviewing documents, analyzing assets and transferring real estate.
Amanda serves in a similar role in estate administrations – drafting court documents, reviewing assets and creating inventories and accounts, and assisting clients with small estate matters such as financial claims processes, transfers by affidavit, and summary procedures or special administrations.
