Brian Seidl is dedicated to helping clients in the real estate and construction industry. He focuses his practice on litigation including real estate and construction disputes, contracts, and OSHA counseling. He is a member of several sections at von Briesen including Community Associations, Real Estate and Construction.
Brian’s practice also includes guiding and advising condominium and home-owner association boards of directors on myriad issues they encounter, including interpretation and enforcement of their declaration and bylaws; rule-making and drafting amendments; and litigation.
Before joining von Briesen, Brian served as an intern for Justice Brian Hagedorn of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and as a Clinical Law Student with the Neighborhood Law Clinic at the University of Wisconsin.
Prior to entering the legal community, Brian served as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps for eleven years, including three deployments to Iraq and one to Afghanistan. He continues to serve the community as a member of the Board of Directors for the Economic Justice Institute, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides resources and assistance to the Economic Justice Institute Clinics at the University of Wisconsin Law School.
