Our Construction Law and Litigation Section represents clients in all aspects of construction-related matters. We draft and negotiate construction, owner's representative, and design contracts – including all versions of AIA and other contracts utilized by design/construction trade groups – that protect our clients’ vital interests and with an eye toward avoiding disputes and litigation. If conflict cannot be avoided, our Construction Litigation team aggressively defends or promotes our client’s position. Our clients are in both the public and private sector, and include owners, developers, general contractors, architects, engineers, material suppliers and lenders.
