Derik Rush is a member of the Litigation and Risk Management Practice Group. He focuses his litigation practice on commercial, business, construction, real estate and water/riparian rights issues.
During law school, Derik was a Comment Editor for the Marquette Law Review. He interned for the Hon. M. Joseph Donald, Deputy Chief/Presiding Chief for the Wisconsin Court of Appeals-District I.
Derik was inducted in the Pro Bono Honor Society at Marquette University Law School for his volunteer work at the Milwaukee Justice Center and Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic.
