Lisa Polinske is a member of the Trusts and Estates Section, where she focuses her practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, and marital property matters. Lisa works with individuals and families on a wide range of issues, including intergenerational wealth transfers, gift and generation-skipping taxes, charitable giving strategies, methods for maximizing tax efficiency, marital property and special needs trust planning. Her work centers around the design and drafting of personalized estate plans, which can include revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, financial and healthcare powers of attorney, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
