Our Health Industry Real Estate and Construction Section represents many of the major hospital systems in Wisconsin in negotiating construction documents and assisting with the design and construction process. • Renovations and remodel of emergency room, outpatient facilities, Women & Families  Birthplace Unit, Breast Center, Radiology and Cancer Center - $65 million project 
• Cardiology Pavilion - $8 million project 
• Cancer Center addition to existing hospital - $120 million project 
• Expansion of hospital bed tower - $32 million project 
• 6-level parking deck (underground and above-ground parking) attached to existing hospital -  $16 million project

• Ground lease to developer where developer builds MOB for hospital, master lease with  developer for hospital to leaseback entire new MOB - $27 million project 
• Construction of transplant center, heart and vascular center and surgical services - $96 million  project
